Bryanna Ward is NUSO’s VP of Business Operations, overseeing operations, porting, and billing with a focus on streamlining partner and customer experiences. A founding team member, she previously served as Director of Finance and Integration, playing a key role in building company-wide processes. Known for her passion for problem-solving and innovation, Bryanna continuously drives efficiency across teams. She holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Southern Connecticut State University. Outside of work, she enjoys home remodeling projects and hiking with her dogs.
