With over a decade in telecommunications HR and 15 years in sales management with wireless and retail brands, Chastity blends operational leadership with a people-first mindset. Her transition into HR was powered by real-world experience in team building and organizational growth. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Missouri and a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification.
