Derick Adams is NUSO’s VP of Network Operations, bringing nearly 20 years of experience in telecommunications, SIP platforms, and NOC management. A founding team member, Derick has helped shape NUSO’s technical backbone from day one. Before becoming VP, he served as Director of Network Operations and previously held the role of Senior Support Engineer at SoTel Systems. With a background in IT support and deep expertise in UCaaS, he leads with a hands-on approach to ensure resilient, high-performing network services for partners and customers.
