Applies to quotes issued by NUSO between Oct 1, 2026 and December 31, 2026, inclusive.
Open to NUSO Partners enrolled in the NUSO Global Partner Program with a fully executed NUSO partner agreement in force and in good standing both on the quote issue date and on the commission payment date. Good standing means the agreement is active and the partner is not in breach and not subject to a pending notice of suspension or termination.
New business only: net-new customer logos, and net-new NUSO services sold to an existing customer. Qualifying deals must carry a minimum initial contract term of 36 months. Not eligible: renewals, contract extensions, true-ups, rate changes, migrations of existing NUSO seats or services, moves/adds/changes, and re-quotes of opportunities previously registered or quoted. Zoom licenses and Zoom-based services are excluded from this offer and earn standard commission, including where sold as part of an otherwise qualifying deal.
The quote must be issued or approved by NUSO. The issue date printed on the NUSO quote document governs. Verbal estimates, partner-generated pricing, and expired or superseded quotes do not establish a quote date.
The opportunity must close within 90 calendar days of the quote issue date. "Close" means a NUSO order form or service agreement executed by the end customer and accepted by NUSO. Deals closing after the 90-day window earn standard commission. Extensions are not automatic and require written approval from NUSO.
Three times the partner's standard commission rate on eligible monthly recurring revenue, applied as a one-time multiplier to the first month of commission on the qualifying deal. Commission reverts to the partner's standard rate thereafter for the life of the account. The multiplier is calculated against the partner's standard rate in effect on the quote issue date.
The multiplier applies to recurring service revenue only. Hardware, shipping, taxes, regulatory fees and surcharges, non-recurring and one-time charges, professional services, installation, training, and third-party pass-through charges are excluded.
Promotional commission is paid after the customer's first full month of service has been invoiced and collected, on NUSO's standard commission payment schedule.
If the customer cancels, downgrades, or fails to pay within the first [12] months of service, NUSO may recover the promotional portion of the commission on a pro-rata basis against future commission payments.
Cannot be combined with other NUSO promotions, SPIFFs, or negotiated commission arrangements covering the same opportunity. Where more than one offer applies, the partner receives the greater of the two, not both.
NUSO may modify, suspend, or end this offer at any time. Quotes issued before an announced change will be honored under the terms in effect on their issue date. NUSO has final authority over eligibility, qualification, and payment disputes.
Void where prohibited. Non-transferable, no cash value apart from commission payment. Partner is responsible for applicable taxes and for compliance with its own and its customers' policies on incentive compensation. This offer is governed by and subordinate to the NUSO Global Partner Program agreement. In the event of any conflict, the partner agreement controls.
